Things were a little different for music this year. With the pandemic still in full force, there were no places for me to perform. However, I used this time to further develop my singing and guitar skills so that I’ll be ready when things get back to normal. Initially, I started lessons online through a private instructor. However, he stopped giving lessons online so I turned to some YouTube instructors. To be honest, I learned as much from the YouTube instructors as from the online private lessons and it was free. So I’m glad I discovered this. Here are links to my favorite instructors I used:

Overall, I am definitely missing live, in person instruction and the opportunities to perform in live settings as I’ve done before. But this was still a good growth opportunity for me.
