2/3 cup feta cheese crumbles
3-4 leaves butter or bib lettuce
1 T. dried cranberries
1 T. lite raspberry walnut vinagrete dressing
1. Wash the butter/bib lettuce.
2. Put everything into a bowl. Enjoy!
I’m almost embarrassed that I never put these two together before. I used to find feta cheese more tart. But I guess that my tastebuds are changing now that I’m 12. 🙂
